Flexible Schedule

We understand the importance of a healthy work/life balance. Every day our core hours are from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.  On Fridays, core hours are from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm so team members who have worked extra during the week may start their weekend early.

Internships

Paid internships are a great way to explore our company, gain new skills, and augment coursework with practical experience. We welcome interns from all the major local universities and have had interns from George Washington University, George Mason University, Duke University and the University of Maryland. Internships are typically one semester in duration with the possibility for an extension.  Many of our interns have been offered full-time positions upon graduation.
